Twins High School Graduation Photography Session | Curtis and Bill

Does this count as a family or senior session? I don’t know, but I don’t mind blurring the lines! Bill and Curtis are twins graduating from high school in a few months, and they —along with their two best friends— will be splitting to attend separate colleges across the state. As a graduation gift, their grandmother scheduled a portrait session.

The keys to photographing young men are to relate, encourage their ideas, and let them have fun. The guys loved to play Smash Bros together, so asking who’s the worst player and poking fun at them immediately lowered their guard.

“I already have what I need, so do you want to do any stupid photos together?” I asked after a few formals. Their eyes lit up, and I rolled with everything they said.

They may be goofy, but they’re going places :)
